We make every effort to begin our clubs and classes at the published times. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to set up your machine. Occasionally a class may run a bit longer than scheduled. We want you to have a great time and learn all that you can about your new machine or software.

Refund Policy

We ask that you register for a class in advance. Payment, if applicable is due at time of registration.  You may make payment with a credit card over the phone or come into the store.  Class size is limited and in many classes, we have waiting lists. If you are unable to attend, please call to cancel you class registration five (5) days prior to the date of the class.  While we make every effort not to cancel a class, there may be times that it is unavoidable.  If we need to cancel a class, we will attempt to contact you as far in advance as possible.

For Machine and Software Classes, we will refund a class fee up to five (5) days prior to the date of the class or transfer the fee to another date the for the same class.  After five (5) days, we are unable to refund or transfer your registration fee.

For classes other than Machine and Software Classes, you may cancel up to five (5) days prior to a class to receive a refund.  After five (5) days, we are unable to refund your registration fee; however, you may sit in a class taught by the same teacher.

Refunds are not applicable to events.

Private Classes

We attempt to schedule our complimentary and fee based classes so that they are convenient for as many as possible. If our complimentary or fee based classes do not fit into your schedule, Whitlock’s Educators offer private lessons. Fees start at $50 per hour. Please contact us so that we may schedule you with one of our excellent Educators.

 

Pro-Stitcher Classes

Specialty Software classes are offered from time-to-time and the cost is listed with the class information.

Creativity and Quilt Classes

Class fees vary depending on the Class.  The cost for the Class is located in the Class Description.

Please bring the following items to class: Your sewing machine, foot control, power cord, instruction manual, scissors, and sewing thread. You might also want to bring along paper and a pen/pencil for taking notes.  We request you label your power cords prior to the class.  We can then return them quickly to you if accidentally left in the classroom.  Certain classes may require additional supplies and the information is located on the Class Supply List. Please check the Calendar for class dates and times.
